Unable to Install Office XP Shortcut Bar

I bought Office XP for small Business through Dell when I
bought my computer 40 days ago. I've loaded, removed and
reloaded the Office XP Small business software 3 times
and each time, it does not load the Shortcut Bar. When I
view the available otions under Microsoft Office theough
All Prgorams, the Shorcut Bar is not listed. How do I
load the Chaorcut Bar?

Please help.

Hi Edward,

From Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel
select the Microsoft Office XP Small Business choice
and from Add or Remove Featurs set the Office Shortcut Bar
tool to run from your computer if using
Start=>Run and typing
MSOffice.exe

doesn't work to start it.
