unable to install Office

Trying to install from cd... getting error message: Error
1305: E:\PFiles\MSOffice\Office\ACWZDAT.DAT. Verify that
the file exists and that you can access it. What do I
do? Is there somewhere I can download this file from or
do I need someone to take a look at my computer? It's not
even a month old. Thanks. Any information is gladly
appreciated.
