unable to install OfficeService Pack 3

I repeatedly receive msg:
"The feature you are trying to use is on a CD ROM or other removable disk
that is not available. Insert the Microsoft Office XP Professional disk and
click OK."

The source window below that message shows:

Microsoft Office XP Professional

When I do insert the disk, which clearly states OFFICE XP Professional, the
update process is still unable to find PRO.MSI, which it seems to be looking
for. I have an Academic version of the program. The disk says Version 2002.
I have successfully downloaded updates in the past. The SP3 is the first
time I've had difficulty AND it is a prereq for some additional updates that
are security oriented.

I would appreciate any assistance or direction on this.

Hi, Dennis,

Do you have any other Office programs installed, such as FrontPage,
Publisher or Visio? It might be wanting that CD.
