Unable to install updates in Office 2000 Pro

I get the message, ".MSP files missing". I probably ran a registry cleaner
which errantly deleted these files. Is there a way I can restore them
without reinstalling Office 2K Pro?

You're still probably going to want to re-install Office at some point in
your life, and it's not such a big deal, unless you don't have CDs any
longer.
