Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: intel
Email Client: pop
Back on or about June 26th, Microsoft released Entourage 2008 version 12.1.1. The system automatically popped open a box to tell me to download an install the update, which I promptly did - except that when I clicked on INSTALL it told me that"The connection to the update server was interrupted – the server might be busy or there might be a problem
with your network connection". Well, my internet and email was all working fine so what could it be that is causing this issue? I have tried all the Mactopia fixes as well as some from various PC help websites to no avail.
It is now July 10th and the updat box keeps popping up to tell me to update CRITICAL but I cannot. Does anyone out there have the same problem?
Very frustrating indeed.
This does not to be a widespread problem however, as I don't see too many complaints on the web...
