Unable to launch Access

My Access won't launch. I have Office 2003, running XP SP2. Word, Excel and
ofther apps seem to be ok. I tried the detect and repair option, but get the
message under Windows Insaller heading: 'The installation source for this
product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can
access it.'

I was thinking of unistalling and reinstalling Office, but I'm afraid I'll
get the same message when trying to reinstall, and then I'll be without my
other apps.

Any comments would be helpful.
