Unable to launch Browser

I have Office 2K and IE6.0, when i hit office on the web i
get an error message "Unable to launch browser". I first
noticed a problem when i try to view a powerpoint
presentation and get an error "can't follow hyperlink
to ." I've reinstalled Office and IE6.0 and stil the same
problem. I have another computer that everything is
working correctly on. Please Help
