Unable to load dll - Word 2000

Word opens just fine. When I try to open a document I get
a Visual Basic error - "unable to load dll". If I close
the error message the document will open, but it will not
print.

How can I troubleshoot/fix the problem?

Sounds like a damaged printer driver. Try deleting and reinstalling the
printer.
