Unable to Load Frameworks error

Mac OS X 10.4.1 with all software updates applied, MS Office 2004 with
all software updates supplied.

When launching Excel in my account, I get the following error dialog:
"An unexpected error occurred while trying to load the Microsoft
Framework Library". This only happens on my (non-administrator level)
account. It does not happen for the admistrator account.

I have repaired disk permissions and deleted the entire Microsoft
folder in the ~/Library/Preferences folder as well as the
com.microsoft.Excel.plist that's not inside the Microsoft folder there.
I've checked the login preferences - the Administrator account has the
Microsoft AU Daemon listed; my account does NOT have that daemon
listed.

Do I need to add that daemon to my non-admin account? If so, how do I
do that? I can see the Microsoft AutoUpdate application, but I don't
find a "Microsoft AU Daemon" when I search for it.

Thanks for the help,

I still do not know which preference file it was causing the problem,
but removing the entire preferences folder from my account fixed this
problem.
