unable to load ole32.dll, vbajet32.dll or oleaut32.dll durringinstall

I get the following error during office XP install on win2k work stations.

unable to load ole32.dll, vbajet32.dll or oleaut32.dll

after clearing then I get this message

Problem:Install failed. MSI returned error code:1603
