unable to load patches.

I was sent office 2000 service pack 3. it installed. I was
having issues and it would not install. I went in to see
what other updates where available downloaded them and
they will not install no. here is a list of updates that I
am trying to install. I am running windows 2000 and logged
in as administrator

Office 2000 Security Patch: KB822035
Word 2000 Security Patch: KB830347
Excel 2000 Security Patch: KB830349
Outlook 2000 Update: December 18, 2002 (English version)
Office 2000 WordPerfect 5.x Converter Security Patch:
KB824993 (English version)
Access 2000 Snapshot Viewer Security Patch: KB826292
(English version)

what do you suggest I do.
