unable to load word 6 error messages

Hi,

I sell forms and documents on line, and they're all formatted in Word 6 and
downloaded in zip format. Lately, I've had several customers who say that
when they try to open them, they receive the error message, "Unable to load
Word6.doc." They're running fairly new computers and have MS Word installed.
Any idea or help would be greatly appreciated. - dan

Since Word 6 is now five versions old and uses both a different file format
and a different macro language from the current version (and the three
previous ones), I think you'll have to accept that the market for your
products will continue to dwindle unless you update them to at least Word 97
format.
