Unable to Locate OneNote 2003 after converting to 2007

I upgraded to the 2007 One One from 2003. I am now unable to locate any of
my files from 2003. It seems that the files were not upgraded.

What if you go to File | Open in OneNote 2007 and try to open your old .ONE
files manually?
