unable to locate OWC11.MSI during office 2003 install

Im trying to create an admin point for office 2003. Im running setuppro.exe
/a from the CD and after I enter the key and it installs files for a while
it comes up to a message that says unable to locate D:\OWC11.MSI. I have
tried different office 2003 CDs and searched the CDs and find no such file.
Anyone know whats wrong here?
