unable to log in to server (5006)

I am getting the follwing error message: Microsoft Project
Server was unable to log you on at this time. Please try
again later. (5006) -
Does anyone know what may be causing this? This just
started today. No one can log in. Thanks for any help!

What changed? Did an application account or SA password change?
