Unable to log onto incoming email server

I just created a new email account in Outlook 2002, using the same domain as
the one being used, but we I test account settings I am unable to log onto
the incoming email server. What am I missing? Thx

You're missing that you do not "create" mail accounts in a mail application.
You "add" them. To create additional mail accounts, contact your ISP.

same domain, but what about user name and password?

The email account I "added" is at work, with 3 email addresses being sent to
the main computer. The user name and password are different than the other 2,
this one will use my (e-mail address removed).
The other employees go thru godaddy.com to retrieve their email, but I can't
seem to get mine set up the same way.

Thanks for your help!! The email account is working now. I did call the ISP,
had another email address added and after an hour or so was up and running.
