Forgive a noob question, but I am unable Outlook to mail out.
I tried turing off virus scan, no effect.
Settings are correct- Pegasus work fine on the this machine, but
Outlook will not mail out.
I installed Outlook express- it won't mail out either.
Both will receive mail.
No error message- stuff just sits in the outbox.
