Unable to make Font Style Changes in MSP

I am unable to make Font Style Changes when saving a MSP form. For instance,
I change the font for a task to be in Italics and save and close the MSP
file. After I reopen the MSP file, the font style change does not appear.
MSP does not allow me to modify the font.

Any reasons why this may not be working?

Hi

When you make a change to a font or gridline or Gantt chart item - you are
actually making that change in the active project at the time

You may recover earlier changes if you still have the project you had open
at the time

If not .... make the changes again and then go to tools > organiser

Select the forms tab

Make sure you have the task radio button if this is a task form (or
resources etc.)

Copy the forms you have modified from the active projec to the global.mpt

You can see which projects are open by looking at the "forms available in"
value at the bottom of the organiser dialog box

Font changes are actually an attribute of a view. The only way to retain
these is to use local views in the project. So, if you want to create and
reuse a formatted view, you need to create a new view and use the organizer
to copy it into the project.
