Unable to make MDE

Hi all!
I have designed numerous databases in access 2000 but when i want to make an
MDE from them the MS access promptd: "microsoft access was unable to make an
MDE database".
I think the symptom must be in VBA.
By the way original MDB databases work normally and there is no problem in
their coding.
How can i overcome MS access in making MDE files?
I appreciate if anyone gives me a kind advice to solve this problem.
