Unable to modify users

hello all

ALL on 1 server
1. windows server 2003 std sp1
2. sql 2000 sp4 - analysis services sp4 (mixed mode)
3. iis
4. WSS 2.0 sp2
5. project server 2003 sp2a

i am a domain admin, added my account in SQL login with full admin
rights

i successfully installed project server in my environment. I am able to
add users using windows authentication and the users are ABLE to logon.
HOWEVER, i started to noticed when i select users then modify, none of
the users I added are appearing. the only account i am able to modify
is the project web access account "administrator."

the user accounts are in project server because, if i attempt to add
the same account, project server will prompt that the user already
exist.

what would cause for me to unable to see any of the user accounts?

This is strange. I have not seen this. Did you check your rights under
project server to ensure that you have FULL admin rights? Just a thought but
if you do not have FULL access to modify users even if your an admin strange
things happen
