I have old emails in my inbox that I cannot move or
delete. An attempt to delete results in a message "The
messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the
problem persists, restart Outlook." Restarting Outlook
does nothing to cure the problem. It is a computer
connected in a small workgroup. I read the MS page that
discusses connection with MS Exchange & Norton Antivirus.
I found that I could delete some after reopening, but the
majority do not resond to this. I believe this occured
after I changed computers and had some problems getting
the .pst file to load on to the new computer. I have run
the pst file repair tool. The current file is approx 508
Mb. Any suggestions?
