Unable to move up arrow key

I cannot use up arrow key to move to the top of the cell,
but i can use other keys (side arrows and down arrow). Do
i need to change any setting? Please give me any
suggestions for that. (up arrow key is workig and i tested
with other application)it is not working in excel sheet
only.

Hi Lyn,
You have to use the cursor to move to the top of a cell (cell border)
if that is what you what you mean. And I'm pretty sure that is not
what you mean. Can you clarify what you want to do and what happens
instead.

If you mean the arrow will not move up into the cell above, perhaps
you have turned on protection. Data, Protection, unprotect ....
Or you have limited the scroll range with a macro.

Dear David,
My problem is that i cannot use up arrow key to move next
coursor up. Now if i want to go to next cell up i have to
use mouse to point the cell. I can use Ctl+Home to get top
of the cell but, i can't use the up arrow keys.The rest of
the arrow keys are ok. I check the protection status but
it is same as the others PC.
