Unable to open a document that I receive in Outlook

When I try to open a word document that I received in
Outlook, I get this type of message:

"The document name or path is not valid. Try these
suggestions.
* Check the file permissions for the document or drive.
* Use the File Open dialog box to locate the document.
(C:\WINDOWS\...\OSMktingProductPlan.doc)"

Does anyone know the reason for this type of error and how
I can fix this?
