Unable to open a VSD file sent to me while in Outlook.....

.....I can preview it, but can not open it. If I save the file to my
workstation then click on it, Visio Viewer opens it without issue. It just
won't open it in Outlook. Running Office 2007 SP1.....Funny thing is.. It
works on another system running Office 2007 SP1 fine. Any thoughts..

Outlook is doing the right thing and not allowing you to open
potentially dangerous files.
You have to make a concious effort to save the attachment as a file
then open it with a suitable program.
