Unable to open attachment forwarded from yahoo mail

Hi, I have this problem with opening attachment from yahoo mail. When I have
a mail that you want to read in my office outlook, I would normally forward
the whole email from yahoo mail to my office outlook. I do this by clicking
on forward on yahoo mail. When I receive it in my office outlook 2003 SP3, it
will be in attachment form with the icon of an envelope, tried to double
click on it and save a copy, it just do nothing. Does anyone have any
experiences on this before? Please shed some light for me. Thanks!

Try uninstalling Google Desktop Search, if you have it installed.

Many thanks Brian, my problem solved. I can now open message attachment. I
haven't uninstalled Google Desktop but only disable indexing the Google
Desktop program. Hope your advise could solve Daniel's problem too.

I go to the control panel, click on add or remove programs, select Google
desktop search and click on remove button, it will give the option to disable
indexing or fully uninstall the program.
