(Outlook Versions: 11.8206.8202 SP3). Intermittently when the User tries to
open an attachment it fails with the following error "Can't open this item.
The Operation failed". The User needs to restart Outlook in order to make it
work.
We have tried the following steps to resolve the issue – nothing is worked
so far..
• Creating a new Outlook Profile
• Disable Add-Ins
• Detect and Repair Microsoft Outlook
• Configured Outlook Profile on a New Laptop
• Set Outlook default Editor to Rich Text
• Moved the User's mailbox to a different Storage Group in the Exchange
