Unable to open BCM Account

We have Microsoft Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager Update SP2.
We are unable to open any BCM accounts with the error message "Could not
load an object because it is not available on this machine"
We are able to open BCM contacts.
The BCM database resides on this PC the server of a 2 PC network.
The other PC is able to open BCM Accounts.
Can anyone help please
