Office xp 2002 outlook problem - won't open at all.

Has anyone any cures for this? i have removed and reinstalled the software.
i have remoed and re-installed again asking for the FULL install. nothing
works. obviously, shut down and restarted the cpu at appropriate places,
searched for office content on the drives to be sure ALL items were removed
before the fresh installs.
