Unable to open document

Error reads "not enough memory or disk space to complete operation". I've
tried closing out applications, cleaning up the C drive, and deleting random
documents to make room. Thoughts/suggestions?

Is this just the one document or all documents?

Watt version of Word and OS?

It must have been corrupt in transit. The message you received is solely a
default error message when Windows doesn't know what is wrong. Presumably
you have saved the attachment to your local HDD first. Try the Recover Text
from Any File Option found in the drop down list in the File Open dialog. If
that fails, then other than maybe opening in WordPad or Notepad, there's
little that can be done.
