Unable to open excell spread sheet in word

When I create or insert an excell spread sheet into an
existing or new word document, and then try to reopen the
spread sheet to edit, I get this error.

Word cannot open the document: user does not have access
privileges

Hi Tom,

Do you also use Norton AV? If so then go to Norton Options and in the
Miscellaneous section disable the "Office Plug-in". Unfortunately it's
a little too aggressive.
