Unable to Open Free/Busy time

Hi there

I'm running Outlook 2003/Exchange 2000 SP3 and a user keeps getting the problem of not being able to Edit the Calendar of her manager even though permissions have been delegated correctly, we've tried the /cleanfreebusy switch etc
