Unable to open Lebans tools - "Read Only"

I've downloaded a couple of the files offered by Lebans,
but when I attempt to open them (in Access XP), I get
a "this file is read only" message.

What can I do to make these work? Thanks!

Hmmm ... I've downloaded and opened all of them (I think) and never received
this notice. Did you copy these from a burned CD, perhaps? Most burn progs
set the
ReadOnly attribute.Otherwise, find the file, right click it and check the
Properties.
