Unable to Open MS Office

I am getting an error message when I attempt to open a MS Office 2007
application.

If I try to open Outlook, I get an error message of "Cannot Start Microsoft
Outlook. Cannot initialize Microsoft Office shared utilities. Restart your
computer or reinstall Microsoft Office Outlook."

If I try to open Word, Excel, or anything else I get "There is not enough
memory or disk space to run Word."

I have uninstalled, reinstalled 2007 several times. I reinstalled 2003 and
it won't work now.

Anyone seen this before?

Hi Todd,

I am having the same problem, except I am able to work with excel, word &
power point, just outlook doesn't work, were you able to resolve this issue?
