Hi all,
I am trying to open a new stationery using the File >New >New from
stationery option. When I do this sometimes and only sometimes am I able to
get this far into launching this command because some times it won't get
this far. It will give me the general error:
Microsoft Office OneNote has encountered a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconveniences. Then it gives me the option to recover my
work and restart ON again while at the same time it sends the error report to
MS. ( I know they are being flooded by me with this because I am doing alot
of trial and error things and get the same result).
Also, when it does allow me to this, under Add Page, I don't see any
stationery to add. I know I do have stationery because I followed the
instrctions in the KB article that tells me how to go to the application data
folder and view downloaded stationery.
Has anyone also experienced this problem?
