I have a hand full of users that are able to open any of
the Office2000 applications, including IE. I have
deleted their local profiles, and recreated them. I have
also deleted their Outlook profile and successfully
recreated them. However, much to my dismay none of the
office application is able to launch. Is anyone else out
there experiencing the same problems? It appears Norton
is updating properly. Please help.
