Unable to open Outlook

When I try and open outlook, I get an error message
unable to open default email folder, the dll file couldnt
be found, MAPI unable to load the service PSTPRX.DLL.
There is a KB article 293058 that says installing SP1,2
will fix it. I did this, still same message. I have un
and re-installed Office, still not working. HELP! can
someone give me a clue what is wrong?
