Unable to Open Outook 2000

Accidently erased some files. Had to re-install Windows ME.
Reinstalled OFFICE 2000 and now I cannot open outlook. I'm
getting a message: "an OLE Registration error occured. The
program is not correctly installed. Run setup again for
the program". I ran setup several times and I still get
this error. Can anyone help? Thanks
