Unable to open Programs in Office Pro 2007

Upgraded to 2007 and Outlook works well, although a bit slow to open. I am
unable to open any other programs.

The programs appear when I enter "All Programs" and then "Microsoft Office."

I tried to create a shortcut for the programs, but received message "Windows
could not create the shortcut. Check to see if disk is full." I did and
that is clearly not the issue.

I also installed the program on my laptop and am able to access these file
easily.

Any ideas?
