unable to open project in project pro

hi,
I used to be able to open project files in PWA by
clicking open and it launched project 2002 pro. Now, I get this
error message regardless of who's loged on to the machine:


"The selected project could not be opened in Project."

whats wrong?

one more thing to add, i can open my project file by using File -> Open
from project 2002 pro, but it just refused to open up from PWA using
project 2002 pro
