Unable to open pwa page

After project server 2007 install we can not open pwa page under any account.
There is only error message on pwa: "unexpected error".

We use project site on ssl.

How to resolve the issue? And where I can find additional debug information?

If you want to see what is going on when the PWA is created, try turningon
the diagnostic logging feature in the sharepoint central administration site.
This might help ini tracking down the issue.

Hi
did you check the server event viewer , and try to chancge the values
in the config file inside your site folder to and turn off the costume
messages , and enable remote debugging .
one last thing i know this might sound obvious did u check the url to
have "s" after the http ?
