unable to open set folders

I have just upgraded to MS Office Small Business Edition 2003. Whenever I try
to open Outlook, the program closes right away and error message appears. It
reads "Cannot start MS Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window. The
set of folders could not be opened."

Please help

Hi,
have found (Expert Exchange) some solutions
Have you tried "detect and repair " going to help menu ?

Have you tried moving the *.pst files to a different location and then
moving it back to the current path ?

May be you can recreate the default profile going to control panel --> mail
and see if that would help

Why dont you try reinstalling outlook and check if that would solve the
issue.
