Running Win2k Domain, Exch 2K, all clients running Outlook 2k3 in chached
mode on Windows XP.
User connects to the domain remotely across dial up connection using third
party VPN software.
User dials up, authenticates on domain, is given a valid IP address by the
internal DHCP server. Opens Outlook, clicks send/recieve. Mail passes ok.
User attempts to open a shared calender, Outlook pops up an error that says
"Outlook must be connected to the Exchange Server in order to perform...".
User attempts to open public folders, the tree does not expand, cannot see
any folders. User accesses his e-mail via OWA and can open the public folders.
User's account is configured like all others in the group, he is only one
with this problem.
