I
IEFBR14
We have a town gov. department with two users with the own email accounts and
a common shared email account with the name of the department. We set up
permissions for both users the same but only one user can access the mailbox.
When the second user tries to open the folder they get "unable to Expand the
Folder"
We have checked and rechecked the permissions and they seem the same.
I can add the mailbox to my account successfully in the same manor
(Tools-email account- view or change- change- more settings- advanced-
mailboxes add...)
Re-installing OutLook does not change anything.
When the second user tries to open the common folder an odd name string is
in the upper right of Outlook
"outlook:0000000038A1BB1005E5101AA1BB08002B2A56C20000454D534D44422E444C4C00000000000000001B55FA20AA......more"
What are we missing? If it was corruption I would think myself or the other
user would have trouble.
