Unable to open some saved server projects in Project Pro

Client machine just hangs when trying to access SOME of the projects in
Project Pro 2003, other projects seem to work just fine. This started
abruptly and the user of the project created and was able to update the same
project before problem occured.

Error message in the logs:

Way earlier in the logs, maybe around the time this issue started, I found
following error:

Seems to me it may be some inconsistency in the database, but I am not sure
if there is a tool that can help me find it.

Well, after a little bit more troubleshooting I installed Client on another
computer and it works fine, so it appears to be a client issue.
