Unable to open the free/busy info.

I am working with by boss' shared calendar. I tried to add a meeting to the
calendar today and a pop-up window indicated the following: "Unable to open
the free/busy information." He can access his calendar. I cannot due to the
message. Everything was fine on Friday. Any ideas/suggestions? Thank you.
