Unable to open VSD from my IE using Visio Viewer 2003

I'm currently experiencing problems displaying my VSD file using Visio Viewer
2003 on IE (ver 6.0), the error message is "The Visio Viewer 2003 was not
able to complete the operation.".

I need help! Any help will be greatly appreciated.
