unable to open .xsn after makecab to repackaging form

any advice, or redirect to the appropriate site is
appreciated..

Using Microsoft Office Solution accelerator for Recruiting,
as direct by the documents, told to repackaging the
Infopath form files into an xsn.
(Interview_ManagerSolution.xsn

However, after running makecab, Infopath complaints when
trying to open this form.
