When I attempt to open Outlook 2003 I receive these error messages "Unable
to open your default e-mail folders. File access is denied. You do not have
the permission required to access the file C:\Documents and
Settings.............\outlook.pst" and " An extension failed to initialize.
Can't open file:extend.dat. the file may not exist,you may not have
permission to open it,or it may be open in another program. Right click the
folder that contains the file, and then click properties to check permissions
for the folder. You don't have appropiate permission to perform this
operation." I have followed all of the instructions in the error message and
those in the knowledge base articles also I have uninstalled and reinstalled
Outlook to no avail . Please help.
