Unable to play .wmv file on powerpoint 2003

Hello,
I insert a .wmv movie in a presentation (i see the first frame)but
when activated it only play the sound (black screen instead of video).
i can play it in the edit mode but when my slides are playing, only
the sound goes out, i tried with ppt 97 and 2002, it works fine in
those versions, why not in 2003?

I'm windows xp with a lot of office version on it (was for testing).
