Hi all,
I (and others) can't seem to print emails from a specific person. I hit
print, and then nothing happens. I've tried troubleshooting the issue and
can't seem to figure it out. She uses WinXP Pro with Outlook 2003, with Word
to edit emails.
A client of hers said this of her emails:
"your emails are unprintable as the English text is converted into some kind
of encryption;"
"we are unable to print copies as the English text converts into some sort
of encryption code rendering print-outs unreadable and useless. the print
out reads something along the lines of this: !%&()#$#@ etc etc etc"
I don't even get that far; nothing even prints.
Also, not sure if this has anything to do with it, but she keeps getting a
pop-up:
"One or more ActiveX controls could not be displayed because either:
1) Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this
page, or
2) You have bocked a publisher of one of the controls.
As a result, the page may not display correctly."
Any ideas? Ideally, she'd like to continue using Word as the email editor.
Thank you,
Ed
